UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff - Appellee, v. ROBERT DEVON PRIESTER, a/k/a Lil Rob, Defendant-Appellant.

Robert Devon Priester, Appellant Pro Se.

UNPUBLISHED

Submitted: June 23, 2022

Appeal from the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina, at Columbia. Joseph F. Anderson, Jr., Senior District Judge. (3:07-cr-01014-JFA-16; 3:09-cr-01176-JFA-1)

Robert Devon Priester, Appellant Pro Se.

Before WYNN and QUATTLEBAUM, Circuit Judges, and FLOYD, Senior Circuit Judge.

Affirmed by unpublished per curiam opinion.

Unpublished opinions are not binding precedent in this circuit.

PER CURIAM:

Robert Devon Priester appeals the district court's order denying his motion for a sentence reduction under § 404(b) of the First Step Act of 2018, Pub. L. No. 115-391, 132 Stat. 5194. The district court determined that Priester was eligible for relief under the First Step Act but declined to exercise its discretion to reduce Priester's sentence. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm the district court's order. United States v. Priester, Nos. 3:07-cr-01014-JFA-16; 3:09-cr-01176-JFA-1 (D.S.C. Sept. 20, 2021). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

AFFIRMED
