STIPULATION AND PROPOSED ORDER MODIFYING CONDITIONS OF PRETRIAL RELEASE

IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED between Dan Cogdell, attorney for Defendant Hoa The Nguyen, and Assistant United States Attorney Randall Luskey, that the conditions of Defendant's Pre-Trial Release shall be modified as follows:

By agreement of the parties, Defendant Hoa The Nguyen will be allowed to travel throughout the State of California with the prior approval of the Office of Pretrial Services. Jill Stratton from the Office of Pretrial Services in the Central District of California has no objection to this modification of the bond.

Additionally, the government has no objection to deleting the portion of Mr. Nguyen's bond that prevents him from working in a gambling establishment.

All other conditions of Mr. Nguyen's pretrial release conditions are to remain in effect.
