STIPULATION TO MODIFY CONDITIONS OF RELEASE AND

ALLOW REMOVAL OF ELECTRONIC MONITORING DEVICE;

ORDER THEREON

IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by and between Carol Ann Moses, Attorney for Defendant ERNEST MORALES and Benjamin B. Wagner, United States Attorney and Kimberly A. Sanchez, Assistant United States Attorney, that pending the Court's approval, the conditions of release for Defendant ERNEST MORALES shall be modified and he will no longer be required to wear an electronic monitoring device. Defendant shall follow procedures for removal of the device established through the PreTrial Services office.
