JUDGMENT

JOHN F. KNESS JUDGE.

Judgment shall be entered against the defendant Alicja Miller and in favor of the plaintiff United States, for the unpaid trust fund recovery penalties (26 U.S.C. § 6672) in regard to the periods ending September 30, 2008, and December 31, 2008, in the total amount of $209, 314.53, plus statutory additions from and after March 5, 2021, including interest pursuant to 26 U.S.C. §§ 6601, 6621, and 6622, and 28 U.S.C. § 1961(c), until the judgment is satisfied. The $209, 314.53 balance accounts for a credit of an overpayment in the amount of $3, 999.34 to be applied from the period ending September 30, 2014.

The remaining claims in Count I of the Complaint are dismissed with prejudice.

The claims in Count II of the Complaint are dismissed without prejudice.

This judgment entry resolves all claims asserted in the Complaint.

IT IS SO ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED.
