The Parties' request for 45-day adjournment of the status conference scheduled for August 11, 2021, (ECF No. 34), is GRANTED. The conference is adjourned to September 29, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. On the Government's motion, time is excluded in the interest of justice pursuant to the Speedy Trial Act, 18 U.S.C. § 3161(h)(7)(A), until that time.
The Clerk of Court is directed to close the letter motion, (ECF No. 34), accordingly.
