ORDER ALLOWING AN APPRAISER FOR PETERMARK II LLC, ACCESS TO 2146 AND 2148 FULTON STREET, BROOKLYN, NEW YORK

WHEREAS, Third-Party Petitioner Petermark II LLC (“Petermark”) holds a mortgage against the real property known as 2146 and 2148 Fulton Street, Brooklyn, New York, Block 1551, Lots 52 and 53 (“Premises'*); and
WHEREAS, Petermark has challenged the forfeiture of the Premises to the extent it affects its mortgagee interest; and
WHEREAS, by letter dated July 11, 2022 Petermark, through its counsel, requested a conference with the Court to request an order to allow Petermark's appraiser access to the Premises to inspect the interior of the Premises (Docket No.: 866); and
WHEREAS, record title to the Premises is in Launch Development, LLC;
WFIEREAS, the Court required any response to Petermark's request be filed by July 19, 2022; and
WHEREAS, neither the Government or Nyamekye Holding, LLC have objected to requested relief; and
WHEREAS, the Court endorsed Petermark's letter request on July 20, 2022, waived the pre-motion conference and directed Petermark to submit a proposed order for authorization
NOW, ON THE MOTION OF BUTLER, FITZGERALD, FIVESON & McCAR 'HY, P.C., attorneys for Petermark II LLC, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. Petermark is granted access to the real property known as 2146 and 2148 Fulton Street, Brooklyn, New York, Block 1151, Lots 52 and 53 to allow its appraiser to inspect and photograph the interior of the Premises for its appraisal; and
2. Any person or entity currently in possession of any portion of the Premises shall cooperate fully with Petermark and/or its counsel and its appraiser to permit such access.
