IT IS ORDERED that the GUILTY PLEA entered by defendant JOSE MARTINEZ-ORTIZ on April 18, 2017 before Magistrate Judge Kathleen Kay is ACCEPTED by the court, pursuant to the provisions of F.R.Cr.P. 11.
