ORDER

HONORABLE STEVEN P. LOGAN, DISTRICT IUDGE

Before the Court is Defendant's Unopposed Motion to Transfer (Doc. 95), in which he requests that he be temporarily transferred into the custody of the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office in order to attend his Initial Appearance/Arraignment in Maricopa County Superior Court, which is scheduled for October 21, 2022. The procedure for transferring a federal inmate to the custody of state or local agents is set forth in 28 C.F.R. §§ 527.30-31 and does not involve the federal court. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that Defendant's Motion to Transfer Defendant (Doc. 95) is denied.
