OPINION OF THE COURT

This appeal from a conviction on five counts for violation of the National Firearms Act, 26 U.S.C. § 5841(b) (Supp. 1972), presents Fourth Amendment questions of search and seizure. We believe that all the contentions presented by appellant received appropriate consideration in the opinion of the trial judge. The Honorable Donald W. Van Artsdalen, 350 F. Supp. 813 (E.D.Pa. 1972).

The judgment of the district court will be affirmed.
