ORDER REGARDING USE OF VIDEO CONFERENCING/TELECONFERENCING FOR FELONY PLEAS AND/OR SENTENCINGS

In accordance with the operative COVID-19 standing orders, this Court finds:

[√] That the Defendant (or the Juvenile) has consented to the use of video teleconferencing/teleconferencing to conduct the proceeding(s) held today, after consultation with counsel; and

The defendant wants to resolve the criminal case against him as soon as practicable, and does not want to wait for an in person hearing, which may be delayed due to Covid-19 considerations.
