Prosecution will be deferred during the term of your good behavior and satisfactory compliance with the terms of this agreement for the period of three years from the signing of this agreement. The terms and conditions constituting your good behavior and satisfactory compliance are as follows:

(1) You shall continue to abide by the following terms of your bail: [ ]

(2) You shall inform your supervising Officer of any change to your place of residence and may reside only in locations pre-approved by your supervising Officer.

Moreover, you shall identify to your supervising Officer and/or a law enforcement agent designated by this Office any such information already in your possession (in any format, including physical and electronic), and you shall dispose of or delete any such information unless your supervising Officer or a law enforcement agent can readily verify that the individual(s) at issue consents to your keeping it.

(7) You shall use only computers, cellphones, and other electronic devices on which Pretrial Services has installed monitoring software, and you shall consent to your supervising Officer's monitoring your usage of any computer, phone, or device.
