STIPULATION AND ORDER TO MODIFY CONDITIONS
OF PRETRIAL RELEASE
IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by and between Assistant United States Attorney Michael Beckwith, counsel for plaintiff, and David D. Fischer, counsel for Travis Hronis, that with regard to defendant Travis Hronis only, that appearance bond may be modified to remove the third party custodianship condition. Mr. Hronis' Pretrial Services Officer, Steve Sheehan is in agreement with this request.
This request is being made because the defendant has asked that he be permitted to relocate from his father/third party custodian's residence to live with a friend in the same area of Grass Valley. Mr. Sheehan met with the defendant and his father, Tim Hronis, at their residence, and has inspected the proposed residence. Mr. Travis Hronis has thus far done fine on supervision - testing negative for drugs, no contact with law enforcement, checks in weekly by phone, completed his GED, and after a long period of part-time work, he is finally employed on a full time basis with Blu Sky window washing. Mr. Sheehan met the supervisor, as the owner of Blu Sky lives next door to the father's residence. In addition, Tim Hronis had positive words to say to Mr. Sheehan about his son and agrees to such a modification to the bond. The defendant's father/custodian is willing to remain a custodian if required by the court and said he will see the defendant throughout the week. Because Mr. Hronis has been supervised for over a year and given Mr. Hronis' compliance to date, the parties are in agreement to a modification of the bond to remove the third party custodianship condition.
