ORDER

SUSAN HIGHTOWER, UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE

Now before the Court is Defendant Mario Sanchez Hernandez's Unopposed Motion to Substitute Counsel, filed July 25, 2024 (Dkt. 8).

Defendant asks to substitute George C. Lobb, who has been employed to represent him in this case, for Assistant Federal Public Defender Jesus M. Salinas, Jr., who was appointed by the Court to represent Defendant. Dkt. 4.

Having considered the motion, this Magistrate Judge finds that there is good cause to permit the substitution of counsel, and that Defendant has received notice.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Defendant Mario Sanchez Hernandez's Unopposed Motion to Substitute Counsel (Dkt. 8) is GRANTED. Jesus M. Salinas, Jr. is hereby WITHDRAWN and George C. Lobb #24042928 is SUBSTITUTED as Defendant's counsel of record.
