THIS MATTER IS BEFORE THE COURT on Defendant's Motion to Continue (Doc. No. 14) (“Motion”) trial of this matter from December 19, 2022. Pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 3161(h)(7)(A), and for the reasons stated in the Motion, the Court finds the ends of justice served by continuance outweigh the interest of the public and Defendant to a speedy trial. Accordingly, the Court GRANTS Defendant's Motion to Continue.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that trial of this matter be scheduled for the next term of court. The Clerk is directed to certify copies of this Order to Defendant, Counsel for Defendant, the United States Attorney, the United States Marshals Service, and the United States Probation Office.
