STIPULATION AND ORDER TO CONTINUE SENTENCING

Defendant Edward Fuentes, through his counsel John Balazs, and the United States, through its counsel, Assistant U.S. Attorney Jason Hitt, hereby stipulate and request that the Court continue the sentencing date for defendant Edward Fuentes from August 15, 2011 to October 11, 2011, at 8:30 a.m. to permit the parties to consult further and prepare sentencing responses and memoranda.
The probation officer Casey Horner concurs with this request.
