UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff - Appellee, v. SALATHEO FLUID, Defendant-Appellant.

Salatheo Fluid, Appellant Pro Se.

UNPUBLISHED

Submitted: June 28, 2022

Appeal from the United States District Court for the Western District of North Carolina, at Charlotte. Max O. Cogburn, Jr., District Judge. (3:17-cr-00267-MOC-DCK-1)

Salatheo Fluid, Appellant Pro Se.

Before NIEMEYER and HEYTENS, Circuit Judges, and TRAXLER, Senior Circuit Judge.

Affirmed by unpublished per curiam opinion.

Unpublished opinions are not binding precedent in this circuit.

PER CURIAM:

Salatheo Fluid appeals the district court's order denying his motion to strike his counsel's withdrawal of his previous Fed. R. Crim P. 33 motion. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. United States v. Fluid, No. 3:17-cr-00267-MOC-DCK-1 (W.D. N.C. Sept. 16, 2021). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

AFFIRMED
