MOTION TO DISMISS COMPLAINT AS TO DEFENDANTS ABEL MANDUJANO ESPINO AND GUADALUPE ROCHA DE BECERRA; AND ORDER

BARBARA A. MCAULIFFE, UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE.

In the interest of justice, the government moves to dismiss the complaint in this case as to defendants Abel Mandujano Espino and Guadalupe Rocha De Becerra without prejudice, pursuant to Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 48(a). Abel Mandujano Espino and Guadalupe Rocha De Becerra have not appeared in this case.

ORDER

IT IS ORDERED that the complaint is dismissed without prejudice as to defendants Abel Mandujano Espino and Guadalupe Rocha De Becerra.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
