ORDERED, that the government's motion be, and hereby is, GRANTED; and it is further,

ORDERED, that the parties' sentencing memoranda be, and hereby are, unsealed for the use of the parties in litigating United States v. Duvall, Appeal No. 10-3091 (Consolidated with No. 11-3114) (D.C. Cir.).
