ORDER


Defendant's motion is granted to the extent that the government shall produce

(1) any post-arrest statements of co-defendants by July 25, 2000,

(2) any Giglio material with respect to witnesses the government then intends to call at trial at least ten days before trial,

(3) notice of any Rule 404(b) evidence it proposes to offer at least two weeks before trial,

(4) draft transcripts of tapes the government intends to offer on its case in chief at least three weeks before trial, and denied in all other respects, said denial, however, being without prejudice to a renewed motion within one month before the commencement of the trial for an audibility hearing with respect to audio tapes.

SO ORDERED.
