ORDER REGARDING USE OF VIDEO CONFERENCING/TELECONFERENCING

HONORABLE MATTHEW J. SKAHILL, UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE

In accordance with the operative COVID-19 Standing Orders, this Court finds:
