Appeal from the District Court of the United States for the Southern District of West Virginia, at Charleston; George W. McClintic, Judge.

Action under the Tucker Act, 28 U.S.C.A. § 41(20), by the Cherry River Boom Lumber Company against the United States of America. From the judgment, the United States of America appeals.

Affirmed.

This is an appeal in a suit brought under the Tucker Act, 28 U.S.C.A. § 41(20). The questions involved are pure questions of fact; and an examination of the record convinces us that they were correctly decided by the court below. The judgment appealed from will accordingly be affirmed.
