ORDER

This matter is before the court on Appellant Michael Andre Campbell's Motion to Dismiss Appeal and Supplement thereto, seeking to voluntarily dismiss this appeal because the pro se notice of appeal was filed prematurely. The supplement includes the requisite statement, signed by Mr. Campbell, expressly electing to withdraw this appeal.

Mr. Campbell's motion for voluntary dismissal is granted, and this appeal is hereby dismissed. See Fed. R. App. P. 42(b); 10th Cir. R. 27.5(A)(9), 42.3.

A copy of this order shall stand as and for the mandate of the court.
