NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the parties have agreed to settle this civil forfeiture action. The parties shall file the final dispositional documents pursuant to Local Rule 160. AH pretrial and trial dates set forth in the February 9, 2011 Scheduling Order should be vacated as moot.

ORDER
Pursuant to this Court's Local Rule 160, this Court ORDERS:

Failure to comply with this order may be grounds for the imposition of sanctions on counsel or the parties who contributed to violation of this order. See Local Rules 110, 160. IT IS SO ORDERED.
