ORDER DISMISSING A PARTY

The matter before me is the government's Motion To Dismiss Defendant LG 60" Plasma Television, Serial #907RMAQ153088 [#16] filed July 3, 2012. After careful review of the motion and the file, I conclude that the motion should be granted and that the plaintiff's claims against defendant LG 60" Plasma Television Serial #907RMAQ153088 should be dismissed with prejudice.

THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:

1. That the government's Motion To Dismiss Defendant LG 60" Plasma Television, Serial #907RMAQ153088 [#16] filed July 3, 2012, is GRANTED;

2. That plaintiff's claims against defendant LG 60" Plasma Television Serial #907RMAQ153088 are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE; and

3. That defendant LG 60" Plasma Television Serial #907RMAQ153088 is DROPPED as a party to this action, and the caption shall be amended accordingly.
