STIPULATED MOTION FOR DISMISSAL

Plaintiff United States Ski Association, d/b/a United States Ski Snowboard Association, and Defendants, Grizzly Insurance Agency LLC, ASU International Inc., and Lloyd's of London, by and through their undersigned counsel of record, hereby agree and stipulate that all claims between Plaintiff and Defendants, whether they be direct claims, counterclaims, or cross-claims, may be dismissed with prejudice, each party to pay its own Court costs and attorneys' fees

Based on the foregoing stipulation, the parties respectfully move the Court for dismissal of this action in its entirety and with prejudice.

ORDER

WHEREFORE, based upon the preceding stipulation of the parties and for other good cause shown this action is hereby dismissed in its entirety and all claims between the Plaintiff and Defendants herein are dismissed with prejudice.
