ORDER


Defendant's Rule 41(e) motion is granted to the extent that the government is directed, upon the signature of an authorized agent or family member of the defendant, to return to defendant the property listed in the government's letter dated January 17, 2000 and otherwise denied on the ground that the remaining property is not within the custody or control of the FBI.

SO ORDERED.
