ORDER

Upon consideration of the Unopposed Level 2 Restricted Motion for Partial Lifting of Case Restriction (Doc. No. 21) and the Unopposed Level 2 Restricted Motion by the United States for 90-Day Extension of Seal and Time to Consider Election to Intervene (Doc. No. 22) and good cause appearing, it is hereby:
ORDERED that the United States shall have until September 28, 2023, to intervene in the above-captioned qui tam action or to notify the Court that it declines to do so; and
FURTHER ORDERED that the case restriction in the above-captioned case is partially lifted for the limited purpose of allowing the United States to disclose, in its discretion, a copy of the Complaint (Doc. No. 1) filed in this action to federal criminal defense counsel Becky Briggs representing Relator Mark Fox, and for the limited purpose of allowing Relator's qui tam counsel Michael Porter and Jeffrey Hruby to discuss Relator's qui tam allegations with Relator's federal criminal defense counsel Becky Briggs;
FURTHER ORDERED that the United States may disclose this Order to Relator's qui tam counsel Michael Porter and Jeffrey Hruby, and to Relator's federal criminal defense counsel Becky Briggs; and
FURTHER ORDERED that except as stated above and in the Court's Order of February 7, 2022 (Doc. No. 14), the Complaint and all of the documents filed in this case shall remain restricted until and including September 28, 2023, unless the United States requests that the seal be lifted prior to that date or that date is further extended by order of this Court.
