As Epic Group, Inc. is not liable for any of Adorno and Zeder's attorney's fees, we reverse that portion of the final judgment which reduced Epic Group, Inc.'s fee by the sum of $45,000. The appeal and the cross appeal are otherwise affirmed and the case is remanded to the trial court for further proceedings in accordance herewith.
Reversed and remanded.
