MEMORANDUM OPINION
The parties have filed a joint motion to dismiss based on their settlement of the case. They ask that this court set aside the trial court's judgment without regard to the merits and remand the case to the trial court for rendition of judgment in accordance with their agreement. TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(a)(2)(B).
We grant the motion and dismiss the appeal. TEX. R. APP. P. 43.2(f). We remand the case for rendition of the judgment in accordance with the agreement filed in this court. TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(a)(2)(B). Any pending motions are dismissed as moot.
