Defendant United Air Lines, Inc. having this day filed a voluntary petition under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois and the automatic stay provision of the Code therefore being in effect, this action is hereby stayed and transferred to the suspense docket pending further order of the Court. All pending motions and cross-motions are denied without prejudice to renewal upon the lifting of the stay.
