This suit is a companion case to United Gas Pipe Line Company v. Blanchard, La.App., 149 So.2d 615, which two cases were consolidated for trial. The same legal propositions are involved and the same testimony applicable to both cases.

For the reasons assigned in the companion suit, United Gas Pipe Line Company v. Blanchard, the judgment of the Lower Court is affirmed.

Affirmed.
