ORDER

This is an accelerated appeal from an interlocutory order signed May 10, 2021, denying a motion to dismiss pursuant to the Texas Citizens Participation Act ("TCPA"). See Tex. Civ. Prac. & Rem. Code § 27.003. On May 19, 2021, appellant filed an emergency motion to enforce the automatic stay provided for by section 51.014(b) of the Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code. See Tex. Civ. Prac. & Rem. Code §§ 51.014(b) and (a)(12).

We grant the motion and issue the following order. See In re Geomet Recycling LLC, 578 S.W.3d 82, 87 (Tex. 2019).

We ORDER that all proceedings in the trial court are stayed in cause number 2020-83852, styled Victor Brown, Jr., et al v. Union Pacific Railroad Company, et al. pending resolution of this appeal. The proceedings are stayed until final decision by this court in this interlocutory appeal or until further orders of this court.
