ORDER

This 3rd day of March, 1999, upon consideration of the briefs of the parties, the Court concludes that the defamation claim in this case presented a factual issue for jury determination. The Court further concludes that the evidence is sufficient to establish a basis for an award of compensatory and punitive damages and that there is no error of law or abuse of discretion in this case. Accordingly, the judgment must be affirmed.

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the judgment of the Superior Court be, and the same hereby is, AFFIRMED.
