WRIT GRANTED. Pursuant to La. R.S. 9:2800.1 and Aucoin v. Rochel, 2008-1180 (La. App. 1st Cir. 12/23/08), 5 So.3d 197, 200, writ denied, 2009-0122 (La. 3/27/09), 5 So.3d 143, B&B Staff-Tenders, LLC is immune from liability for the damages caused by Orlando Bowman's intoxication. The March 5, 2015 judgment of the trial court is reversed. The Motion for Summary Judgment is granted, and B&B Staff-Tenders, LLC, is dismissed from this matter.
