On March 7, 2022, petitioner filed a Request for Production of Documents. On May 23, 2022, petitioner filed a Motion to Change of Correct Docket Entry seeking to recharacterize the Request for Production of Documents as a Motion to Proceed Remotely.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion to Change or Correct Docket Entry, filed May 23, 2022, is granted in that petitioner's Request for Production of Documents, filed March 7, 2022, is recharacterized as petitioner's Motion to Proceed Remotely.
