This case is calendared for an in-person trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on November 28, 2022, in Detroit, Michigan.

On November 1, 2022, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution. November 14, 2022, petitioners filed a Response to Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution. On the same day, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution filed November 1, 2022, is denied as moot.
