This case was stricken from the Court's February 1, 2021, San Diego, California trial session and continued, and jurisdiction was retained by this Division of the Court. As directed by the Court, the parties filed a joint Status Report on November 21, 2021. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before January 7, 2022, the parties shall file further reports regarding the then-present status of this case, or submit to the Court proposed stipulated decision documents. It is further
