On February 22, 2023, the parties filed a joint status report in this case. The parties represent that they have reached a basis for settlement and are awaiting decision documents for signature from respondent's Appeals Officer.
In consideration of the foregoing, it is
ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's March 6, 2023, Houston, Texas, trial session and is continued. It is further
ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further
ORDERED that, on or before March 24, 2023, the parties shall submit decision documents or file a status report informing the Court of the then-present status of the case.
This Order constitutes official notice of its contents to the parties.
