UCHECHUKWU DIOGU UKARIWE, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee

On Appeal from the 204th Judicial District Court Dallas County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. F-1776605-Q

ORDER

Before Justices Partida-Kipness, Nowell, and Evans

We REINSTATE this appeal.

On March 30, 2020, we abated this appeal and remanded the case to the trial court for further proceedings to correct defects in the Trial Court's Certification of Defendant's Right of Appeal. On May 19, 2020, this Court received and filed a supplemental clerk's record containing the trial court's corrected certification, which substantially complies with rule 25.2(d) of the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure. This case was previously submitted without oral argument to the above- referenced panel of justices. Having now received the corrected certification and determined we have jurisdiction over this appeal, we will address the Anders brief filed by appellant's court-appointed attorney and issue an opinion in due course.
