For the reasons stated in the consolidated case of Edward W. Uhrich v. National Fire Ins. Company, Et al. 569 So.2d 1062 (La.App. 3rd Cir. 1990), in which a separate decision is being rendered by us this day, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed.
Costs of this appeal are assessed to the appellant, St. Paul Fire Marine Insurance Company.
