Order, so far as appealed from, denying plaintiffs' motion for an examination of defendant before trial as to items 1 and 3 of the notice of motion, unanimously affirmed, with twenty dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. The date for the examination to proceed to be fixed in the order. Settle order on notice.
