By Order served January 7, 2022, the Court directed the parties, on or before March 4, 2022, to file either (1) proposed stipulated decision documents so that this case may be concluded, or (2) written reports (preferably a joint report) with the Court concerning the then-current status of this case. The parties have filed neither proposed stipulated decision documents nor a status report concerning this case.

In view of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that, on or before March 29, 2022, respondent shall file a status report concerning the then-current status of this case. Alternatively, the parties may file proposed stipulated decision documents in order to conclude this case.
