DISMISS;

On Appeal from the 255th Judicial District Court

Dallas County, Texas

Trial Court Cause No. 10-16542-S

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Before Chief Justice Wright and Justices Francis and Lang-Miers

Opinion By Chief Justice Wright

By letter dated May 1, 2012, we informed appellant that the brief he filed was defective. We instructed appellant to file a compliant brief within ten days and cautioned him that failure to do so would result in dismissal of the appeal. By order dated May 14, 2012, the Court granted appellant an extension until June 11, 2012 to file his brief.

As of today's date, appellant has not filed a brief. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.8(a)(1) & 42.3(b) & (c).
