STIPULATION FOR DISMISSAL PURSUANT TO RULE 41 OF THE FEDERAL RULES OF CIVIL PROCEDURE
This Stipulation is made between Plaintiff, on the one hand, and, GIFT ENTERTAINMENT, a business entity form unknown; GIFT FANTASY, a business entity form unknown; UPDATE GIFT SHOP, a business form unknown; ASIA STAR FANTASY, Inc., a California corporation; FANTASY GIFT, a business entity form unknown; JOHNNY YU, individually and doing business as GIFT ENTERTAINMENT, UPDATE GIFT SHOP and FANTASY GIFT; NANCY YU, individually and doing business as GIFT ENTERTAINMENT, UPDATE GIFT SHOP, FANTASY GIFT and GIFT FANTASY ("Fantasy Defendants") on the other hand. This case having settled as to the Fantasy Defendants, it is hereby Stipulated that as to the Fantasy Defendants, this case is dismissed with prejudice pursuant to Rule 41 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. It is further stipulated that the Preliminary Injunction entered on July 17, 2002 may be ordered dissolved.
IT IS SO ORDERED.

This Stipulation is made between Plaintiff, on the one hand, and, Ng Hing Kee, Inc., a California corporation and Yan Wah Ng, also known as Yoko Ng, an individual, doing business as Ng Hing Kee, Inc., a California corporation ("Ng Hing Kee Defendants"), on the other hand. This case having settled as to the Ng Hing Kee Defendants, it is hereby stipulated that as to the Ng Hing Kee Defendants, this case is dismissed with prejudice pursuant to Rule 41 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. It is further stipulated that the Preliminary Injunction entered on July 17, 2002 may ordered dissolved.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
