ORDER AMENDING MEMORANDUM DISPOSITION


The memorandum disposition filed February 14, 2007, is amended as follows:

Page 2:

Delete the word "retroactive" between "the" and "termination"

Page 3:

Add the sentence "In addition, Chan was on probation at the time of his arrest, so the fact that his probation terminated prior to his re-sentencing hearing does not affect the application of U.S.S.G. § 4A1.1(d)." between "U.S.S.G. § 4A1.2)." and "Therefore."
