IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by the parties above named, by and through their respective counsel of record, that the above-entitled matter be dismissed with prejudice.
Each party will bear then- own costs and attorney's fees.
ORDER
Based on the parties' stipulation [ECF No. 22] and good cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that THIS ACTION IS DISMISSED with prejudice, each side to bear its own fees and costs. The pending motion to dismiss [ECF No. 16] is DENIED as moot.
