Following review of the Petition for Writ of Certiorari, and the Response thereto, it is ordered that said Petition is hereby denied.

Upon consideration of Respondents' Motion for Appellate Attorney's Fees, it is ordered that said Motion is conditionally granted, based upon the trial court's ultimate determinations under Florida Rule of Civil Procedure 1.380.
