Giving due regard to the representations contained in petitioner's motion for summary judgment, filed August 17, 2022, it is

ORDERED that the above-referenced motion is set for hearing at the Court's November 7, 2022, Boston, Massachusetts, trial session for a time and date certain of 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 10, 2022, at the McCormack Post Office & Courthouse, 5 Post Office Square, Room 5, 12th Floor, Boston, MA 02109. The parties need not appear on Monday, November 7, 2022, as previously directed.
