WRIT DENIED. On the showing made we find no error. The writ application did not include copies of the June 8, 2016 order and the September 1, 2016 order, both of which were necessary for this Court to determine whether the trial court's failure to issue the civil warrant pursuant to La. R.S. 9:343 was an abuse of discretion.
