ORDER
The brief filed by plaintiff-appellee in response to the amicus brief of the ADR Section of the State Bar of Michigan was presented to and considered by the Court as part of its decision-making process. However, that fact was not reflected in the Court's opinion due to a clerical oversight. On order of the Court, the motion to file the responsive brief is now GRANTED. The motion for rehearing of the Court's August 4, 2021 opinion is considered, and it is DENIED. MCR 7.311(F).
